Hello, I ordered two Organic Cotton Yoga Rugs. I live in Istanbul but ordered them to my room in London. Although they were delivered to the wrong address, Hotel Indigo staff found the package and delivered it to me. The quality of the product was better than I expected. As promised, they delivered the product quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone considering buying them. Thank you.
This is an amazing quality product and feel happy to support a lovely small business!! Will definitely be purchasing more from here :)
A practical, thoughtfully-well designed, ethically-sourced handmade produced yoga rug made to be cherished and loved textile piece forever(really chuffed to bits with it more importantly it feels especially-nice for essential daily ritual Asana practice time & would essentially make the perfect thoughtful gift for the dedicated yogi or aspiring yogi in your life:-)🧘🏻♀️🧘🏽♂️💗💯
I love the ethics and transparency of this specific wee independent gem of a family business with undoubtedly aligns with my specific values as a consumer(I really value the ancient handcrafted traditional textile weaving skills in South Asian regions specifically to such an extent it has been a lifelong obsession now lol)
Gorgeous mat. Perfect to practice on. I ma really happy with it.
This is a beautiful product, that's out of question. Colors and texture are really great and I love it.
I'm using it daily for a sweaty 90 minutes Ashtanga practice over a PVC mat for cushion and stability and it's performing well.
Despite what the description says, the grip *slightly* improves when you sweat, so you're not really going to slip. For a comparison, grip is way better than a dry microfiber towel, a bit worse than a wet one, but you don't need to damp it. It's also way thicker and more stable. You don't need to wash it after each practice either, it does not smell funny.
With this kind of practice I don't think it's going to last a lot. After a month I'm seeing signs of wear where you place the feet in the downfacing dog, so I'd recommend to rotate it regularly.
My estimate is a year of life with the current level of practice, which considering the price and the material is totally fair. That's the same life expectation of a natural rubber mat.
Bottom line: I love it (I already mentioned it!) and I'm going to buy others when this one will fall apart.
