Eye Pillows and Sandbags

Our eye pillows are a beautiful addition to any yoga practice. We offer lavender eye pillows along with unscented eye pillows. Savasanna is an incredibly important posture, but can often be overlooked (particularly if you are practising on your own at home.) Using an eye mask, removes light and applies gentle pressure, helping you relax for longer.

Shingle bags are a fantastic yoga prop for yin yoga or restorative practices. Use them as weights, or to lay over the body in restorative postures.
