The best organic materials

We use 100% organic cotton twill. Our bolsters are designed with a cotton twill fabric, a robust weave, ensuring a long lifespan. It is soft and soothing to the touch.

Our organic spelt husk is from grain that is both grown and milled in UK. Each bolster is packed tightly with springy spelt husk, giving the pillow a firm but soft cushion that moulds to the body.

How to use a yoga bolster

Yoga bolsters can be used to support any yoga practice, but they are predominantly used for restorative and yin yoga. Mini bolsters are perfect to support the head and neck in supine postures, for use under the shoulders or in the small of the back.

Product care

The outer cover is machine washable at 40 C. You can tumble dry on a cool setting and iron on a warm setting. The inner pillow cannot be machine washed, but it is naturally resistant to mould and mites. :)

Made by our long-term partner in India. Independently inspected to make sure all employees in the supply chain are paid fairly and work in good conditions.
