The Ekotex Yoga Rectangular Bolster is a modern variation on our classic cylindrical bolster pillow. The flat, broad surface provides beautiful support to the spine and back. This bolster can also be used as a meditation seat or to raise the hips in seated postures.

The cover is easy to remove, and machine washable (includes a stitched handle)
Choose between natural kapok filling or organic spelt husk.
You can also unzip the inner to add or remove filling for optimum comfort.
Organic cotton twill is strong yet soft to the touch.

Choosing your filling

We offer two filling options - kapok or spelt husk.

Our organic spelt husk is from grain that is both grown and milled in UK. Each bolster is packed tightly with springy spelt husk, giving the pillow a firm but soft cushion that moulds to the body.

Kapok is a natural alternative to polyester. Giving a luxuriously soft, springy support.

Both fillings allow you to sink deeply, breathe, and truly relax - feeling entirely supported in your practice.

Who is this for?

Perfect for pregnant practitioners or those with injuries who feel they need additional support. Recommended for restorative yoga, meditation and relaxation.

Love, love, love! I couldn’t be happier with this bolster.

This is my first yoga bolster, having made do with pillows for years, so I don’t have anything to compare it to. However, the quality is fantastic. It’s incredibly supportive, grounding, and comfortable, and it has made such a difference to both my comfort and my enjoyment of practice.

It’s quite heavy, but I actually think that adds to the wonderfully grounding feeling. I also love that it’s made from natural materials.

Honestly, I’m a little bit in love with it! I now find myself looking forward to my yin yoga sessions just so I can use it. If you’ve been considering buying a proper bolster instead of making do with pillows, I can wholeheartedly recommend this one. (Spelt filling, rectangular)

I am very pleased with this bolster

I am very pleased with this bolster which arrived very promptly. I have recently been diagnosed osteoporosis in my spine so should no longer use foam rollers. This roller is supportive of the spine while gently stretching which is perfect. Being able to adjust by removing some of the spelt filling is also good. Love the colour too.

Top quality

I used the bolster in a yoga studio and immediately knew I needed one from home. These are exceptional quality firm mouldable bolsters. Highly recommended.
