Meditation Mat & Zafu Set

A new alternative to our Zabuton and Zafu set, our meditation mat is wider and denser, giving you more space and a firmer support. The meditation mat is filled with a high density recycled (recon) foam, giving optimum support with or without the zafu. The mat pairs perfectly with our Zafus, which tilt the hips and opens the pelvis, making it easier to maintain good posture.

The best organic materials

We use organic cotton twill, a robust weave, ensuring a long lifespan. It is soft and soothing to the touch.

Meditation Mat: Filled with UK made recon foam, providing a firm and supportive cushion. 

Zafu: Choose from either buckwheat hull or organic spelt husk.

Product care

The outer covers are machine washable at 30 C. You can tumble dry on a cool setting and iron on a warm setting.
