Hundreds of live classes, inspiring teachers - join the online yoga community

Every cloud has a silver lining...

...for Yogis across the UK (and around the world), it is the yoga teachers and studios have adapted their classes to an online setting. 

With little warning, studios and teachers were told to close their doors and stop face-to-face classes following the outbreak of COVID-19. The majority of teachers in the UK are self-employed or are small business owners; the impact on both yoga teachers and their students is significant. 

I think we are all beginning to feel isolated and lonely, perhaps also lacking in routine. With a little help from technology, we can still gather together, breathe together and move together. Nothing compares to a real yoga class, but a live class, with a real teacher guiding your practice, is a very close second.

We have compiled a directory of teachers and studios throughout the UK who are teaching regular online classes. You can connect with teachers close to home, or you can take a pick from any class across the UK. We're adding to this page every day, and our community is still thriving.
